Volunteer with Monmouthshire Meadows Group

MMG thrives due to the commitment of its trustees and volunteers, so thank you to everyone who makes it all happen! Our meadow open days give everyone access to some wonderful meadows, we look after some incredible meadow reserves and our botanists guide members on how to improve their patch, big or small, for plants and wildlife. You don’t need to have any particular experience or plant knowledge to volunteer, just enthusiasm for nature.  It’s a great way to learn more and meet a great team of people.

We are keen to support our members to work together for wildlife in their local area through developing local [clusters](link to clusters page on website). If you would like to join or start your own meadow cluster then get in touch by completing our volunteer form.

We welcome help in a variety of different areas:

  • Events
  • Work parties
  • IT and admin
  • Website
  • Social Media
  • Open Meadows

If you think you would like to be involved with volunteering for Monmouthshire Meadows Group please let us know! You don’t need specific knowledge, just enthusiasm!  Let us know your particular interests and how you’d like to help out by filling in the volunteer form or email volunteer@monmouthshiremeadows.org.uk
